Cost: $265.00 | Early Bird $250 (deadline - April 18)

What to bring | Soccer cleats (for grass and turf), shin guards, soccer ball (available for purchase), rain gear, and sunscreen. Full concessions will be available (pizza, chips, drinks, etc.), or bring a bag lunch and water bottle.

Camp Description | 
The Boys Good Counsel Soccer Camp is designed for youth players age 10 to 14 that aspire to compete at the highest level. The curriculum includes training in all aspects of the game by top coaches from college, high school, and club ranks. Each player will have a chance to get individual and team training. The focus will be on technical as well as tactical training in a top high school atmosphere. We will incorporate daily matches that will give players the opportunity to showcase their talents.

Our Lady of Good Counsel High School showcases one of the top facilities in Olney, Maryland, and includes a turf stadium field and natural grass training fields.


Edvin Hernandez obtained his Premier Coaching diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association (NSCAA) in 2011. He is a graduate of the first cohort of the Advanced Director of Coaching program co-sponsored by the NSCAA and the University of Delaware in England. Coach Hernandez has been coaching youth soccer in Montgomery County since 2001. He has been coaching in the men�¢??s soccer program at Our Lady of Good Counsel High School since 2012 and was recently named the Boys Varsity Head Coach. He is currently coaching the U19 boys Knights FC soccer team, a program he created in 2008. Coach Hernandez works as a teacher assistant in Montgomery County Public Schools and is proficient and fluid in English, Spanish and French.
